Tickets:

Tickets (including grandstand tickets) to the general public will go on sale on May 1, 2012 by phone 613-527-1850/1-888-527-1850 or email: tickets@glengarryhighlandgames.com

Tickets purchased this way are mailed out weekly.

Tickets may be picked up and paid for on Saturdays beginning May 5, 2012 through July 28 2012 between 10:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. on the Maxville fairgrounds in the building with the red stripe. Payment can be made in cash, debit, cheque, VISA or MASTERCARD

On Site Camping

Two camping sites are on the grounds. One for motorhomes, and another for tent camping.

NO GLASS ALLOWED ANYWHERE IN THE CAMPING AREA

Motorhomes and Hardtops

$60.00 per person per weekend. Children under 12 excluded. Maximum of 6 people per site.
Includes Friday and Saturday access to the Games.
No reservations required
Non serviced lots, but a dumping station on site
Showers available at nearby arena on Saturday morning

Tent Camping

NO ALCOHOL ALLOWED IN TENT CAMPING AREA.

Each vehicle will be checked for alcohol prior to entry to the site
$60.00 per person per weekend. Children under 12 excluded. Maximum of 6 people per site.
Includes Friday and Saturday access to the Games.
Portable washrooms on site
Showers available at nearby arena Saturday morning

Each person will be issued a wristband when entering the site. ONLY persons with wristbands will be allowed on site.

Interested in becoming a vendor?

At the present time, there is a waiting list for concession space. To be placed on the waiting list, new vendors are required to send an information portfolio including photographs of their product and set-up to P.O. Box 157, Maxville, Ontario, KOC 1TO.
