60th Anniversary Highland Dance Competition
The Glengarry Highland Games are proud to be celebrating their 60th Anniversary this year. In addition to our regular dance competitions, we are celebration the occasion by offering the Dancers the opportunity to demonstrate their talent and technique by entering this special event. The dance will be a (4) step Blue Bonnets. This event will be immediately following the Reel. Cash award will be offered in all age groups, also a keeper trophy. This is a beautiful dance for our visitors to enjoy when preformed by the caliber of those competing.
Military Tug 0’ War Competition
Saturday afternoon on the infield, members of the Stormont, Dundas and Glengarry Highlanders Regiment will vie with the Cameron Highlanders.
60th Anniversary Piping March/ Strathspey/ Reel Competition
The 60th Anniversary March/Strathspey/Reel competition is for the professional pipers and they will play a selection of their own choice on Saturday between 8:00 am and noon. The prize money is $400, $300, $200 and $100 respectively for 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th place.

Massed RCMP Bands
A massed RCMP Band with representatives from the bands in Halifax, Moncton, Montreal, Ottawa, Regina, Edmonton and Vancouver will perform during the Tattoo on Friday night.
